Lightweight at the best price!
The Spartan Ascent saves hundreds of grams underfoot compared to the standard Spartan.
The Voile Spartan Ascent splitboard is the ideal choice for snowboarders
who want to experience backcountry adventure with a focus on lightness, versatility and performance.
It features a rocker profile that provides very good lift in powder and at the same time precise carving on hard surfaces.
It features an innovative and lightweight construction designed specifically for backcountry touring.
The core is made of high-quality aspen wood, which provides an optimal weight-to-stiffness ratio.
The combination of fiberglass and carbon adds strength and flex,
while the durable sintered base provides excellent glide and longevity.
While the Spartan Ascent maintains its original shape and profile, we took the Voile Revelator's construction method:
Paulownia wood core, special carbon-fiberglass weave and a super-durable nylon top layer.
You get the playful, switchable, high-floating characteristics of the Spartan, but with a significant weight reduction.
The Chap construction and channel system make it an affordable lightweight splitboard.
Then there is the new Channel Puck System:
it makes mounting the bindings even easier, faster and more customizable.
Put on the mounting template, loosen the screws and slide the pucks easily and quickly into the desired position.
Mounting the bindings or changing the binding angle has never been so easy on a splitboard.
And last but not least, there is a well-thought-out board shape and flex,
pre-tension with a slightly ascending profile and low weight for maximum backcountry fun!
The lightweight Aspen wood core provides better performance while maintaining stability.
The Voilé Spartan Ascent splitboard comes with channel pucks, screws and T-nuts.

Super!
Fellaufziehen funktioniert bestens.
Also alles Tipp Topp!

Production |
Our facilities are bustling with activity. Our team is busy curating award-winning ski designs. Meanwhile, massive dies are punching wide sheets into shovels and Telemark front ends. Steel edges are sawn and carefully bent into shape, while a wood core and our proprietary carbon fiber are placed in cassettes and loaded onto the press. The production team is relatively small, 31 dedicated employees, who you might well come across on the slopes.
Because our backcountry gear is handcrafted by skilled technicians, we can't make a million skis and splitboards every day. While that means you might have to wait for products to come back into stock, we promise you'll be glad you did.
Environmental footprint |
And if you're coming from the valley, you can pick up your gear right at our retail store, reducing the need for packaging and shipping! Backcountry gear, made in Utah, sold in Utah, and ridden in Utah (and all over the world!) We recognize that Salt Lake City's air quality decreases significantly due to the wintertime inversion weather pattern. As a manufacturing facility, Voile follows all local and state regulations to limit our impact on air quality.

The surprise at the splitboard shape sky!
With the Spartan Voile USA goes a new way. It was taken out everything as "luxury" could be understood to be able to offer a splitboard to the hammer price. I find this brave and praiseworthy, because you can buy a new splitboard at the price of a used one. Since Voile has been building splitboards for many years, you can also get quality for your money.
The Spartan is the surprise at the splitboard market. The driving skills are enormously versatile. At our numerous test camps, it only gets top marks. Twist-free, spurt-free and super buoyancy. So do not be deterred by the low price - so much splitboard for money you do not get anywhere. For this, you can buy it with a clear conscience, because Voile-Usa finished herself in his own production and pays fair wages. Not all big brands can claim that. His big brother, the Relevator has the same ride characteristics, is slightly more expensive because of the easier material selection - thats all.
