Awesome board, easy skinning
I tried a couple of models in the past, but not to such extent.
I have so far spent 15 days on this board and I did put it through some abuse as I was anxious to get some turns (even though the conditions weren't that good in some parts). The board has hold up well, nothing that a good end-season wax-job couldn't fix.
Skinning is easy, snb/split transition fast as well, riding down feels easy and natural. The board maneuvers well and holds its icy edge, too.
No particular problems with any parts so far, the nose & tail clips hold well, even though only to 98% :) you cannot always hear/feel the 'click' of them (I suppose because of the tiny snow/ice particles). But it does not affect anything - like it was mentioned in another comment - a sensible binding holds the board together (I am using Spark Arc).
I am 178cm / 78kg / 11 size boots. I wanted 159 with L-binding, but Simon advised me to go for 161W and M-size binding - could not be happier with the choice, especially for the price within the set!
Ein gutes Board
Ein super gutes splitboard fur ins Powder zu riden. Fur mein Gewicht (87kilo) finde ich den 161W aifag zu kurz, dar er mit seine Stiffness manchmal durchhängt.
Extrem gute Preis/Leistung. Ein top Allround-Splitboard
Habe das Brett mittlerweile auf 15 Touren testen können und es macht jedes mal wieder Bock. Trotz der Stiffness 6/10 läuft es auch beim Gas geben ruhig genug. Genau das ist auch der Vorteil wenn es mal in enge Waldgebiete geht, da sich das Teil sehr gut manövrieren lässt. Probleme beim Zusammenbau oder so gab es bisher keine, was ein wenig "läpprig" ist, sind die Clips an Nose und Tail, hier wäre man gut bedient die Karakoram mit Lock zu montieren, da sie sich vor allem die an der Tail nicht immer halten; eine vernünftige Bindung hält das Brett zusätzlich noch zusammen. Guter Tipp von Simon war das Brett gleich in 164 zu nehmen anstatt wie zunächst geplant in 161.
