The Frontier Split is the ultimate splitboard for playful riders looking for a directional freeride shape without the stiff flex. The Frontier features a floaty freeride nose for pow-crushing and crud-busting, paired with a freestyle tail that's perfect for popping pillows and stomping cliff drops. On icy slopes or firm descents, the Directional Rocker profile and Inner/Outer Traction Tech 2.0 edges provide secure stability and edge grip. The Frontier Split offers high performance without skimping on materials, as it is built with a Sintered 8000 base, a top sheet made of Öko plastic and the FSC Classic Core, which is specially profiled for additional pop.

On the piste and off-piste, the Jones Frontier shows its strengths in versatility. The board's camber-rocker-camber profile provides a good mix of stability and flexibility. It has a directional shape with a pronounced nose and a narrower tail, which optimizes floatation in powder and enables effortless gliding through deep snow. The tail offers sufficient control for precise turns and stable handling, even in demanding terrain.
The Frontier definitely deserves a thumbs up.
