Exclusively at Splitboards Europe – the new High Fidelity! Developed by Burton team riders for splitboard alpinists!
The Burton Family Tree High Fidelity splitboard was inspired by the Natural Selection Tour
and designed for big mountain riding in remote terrain.
With the Super Fly II™ 700 g core, noticeable weight is saved!
Perfect for wild lines, steep terrain and high-speed turns.
Developed in collaboration with Burton team riders, the focus is on speed, control and power.
The Split Channel Snowboard Mounting System keeps the small things simple so you can concentrate on the next big line.
The Burton High Fidelity splitboard offers a balanced blend of freeride performance and freestyle feel, perfect for riders who want to perform in both deep snow and on hard surfaces.
KEY FEATURES:
- Directional Camber Profile:
Camber underfoot provides stability and precise edge grip,
while rocker in the tip provides float in soft snow. This combination allows for controlled rides in variable conditions. - Twin Stance meets Directional Float.
The Freeride Directional Shape gives you the feel of a twin freestyle board when riding on flat terrain.
It reacts quickly and precisely on the edge, while delivering the typical float and handling of a directional board in powder.
Performance Features:
- Carbon Highlights for more Pop:
45° Carbon Highlights from nose to tail provide dynamic pop while reducing unnecessary stiffness. - Tail optimized for skins:
Tail design allows for seamless connection with Burton splitboard skins for optimized uphill functionality. - Freeride focus:
The High Fidelity series is part of the Family Tree collection, which was developed specifically for freeride adventures – ideal for big-mountain lines in remote terrain.
Technologies and Construction:
- Directional Shape with 7 mm Taper:
The wider nose facilitates lift in deep snow and improves maneuverability. - Directional Flex:
A stiffer tail for added pop and a softer nose for better control in varying terrain. - Super Fly II™ 700G Core:
A lightweight, FSC™-certified wood core provides the optimal balance between weight and performance. - Triax™ Fiberglass:
Combined with 45° carbon highlights for increased torsional stiffness and agility. - Sintered WFO Base:
An ultra-fast and durable base that performs in all snow conditions.
Sustainability and Warranty:
- Super Sap® Epoxy:
Environmentally friendly resin that reduces environmental impact. - Pro-Tip® and Infinite Ride®:
Thinner nose and tail save weight and increase maneuverability ability,
while Infinite Ride™ technology ensures that the board maintains the same performance for years to come. - Split Channel™ mounting:
Easy setup and precise adjustment of the stance and binding angle. - 3-year warranty:
Burton offers an extended warranty for added security.
The High Fidelity splitboard is a reliable board for demanding freeriders who want to explore their limits on big mountain lines.

Burton and splitboards
Burton has been making splitboards since the beginning. Burton even had its own binding system at one point, but neither the technology nor the market were ready for it. Then there was a phase when Burton's splitboard ambitions were somewhat lost. Since 2017, the tide has turned again.
In 2024/2025, a splitboard will be presented again. With the Super Fly II™ 700 g core, it gets the proven and robust splitboard core. In addition, a chamber shape that gives you maximum support when climbing (ski mode). It's also a lot of fun to ride and has great edge grip in hard conditions.
A great shape developed by Burton team riders for splitboarding.
