Especially on multi-day tours or in mountain huts, where space is often limited, it is important
to have your personal items well organized and ready to hand.

I pack not only the classic hygiene items in the wash bag, but also small items
that can be needed quickly on tours, such as lip balm, sunscreen and a mini first-aid kit for emergencies.

I find the wrist strap particularly useful – it allows you to easily hang it up in the mountain hut so you can quickly access everything
without having to unpack your entire backpack.
It helps me to pack more efficiently without adding unnecessary weight – exactly what you need on a ski tour!
