The first adhesive technology for climbing skins, which is made of two different layers. The adhesive layer holds the skin reliably to the ski base, is easy to peel off, leaves no residue, and works excellently even at low temperatures and repeated skinning.
A second layer of special glue creates the connection between the skin back and the adhesive layer.

Maintenance-free - no recoating necessary, washing with a little detergent removes dirt and regenerates the adhesive layer
The contour fur pile consists of mohair, the hair of the mountain goat. To increase the abrasion resistance, a 30% share of synthetic fibres is added to the new wool in the spinning process.
This quality is characterized by good climbing and gliding properties as well as a long life span.
The patented Velcro fastening of the end hook is particularly inventive. This clever idea makes handling noticeably easier.

Andrücken statt Aufziehen
Wie vom einem Hybridfell zu erwarten, ist das Contour angenehm in der Handhabung. Also man braucht weder wie ein Ochse zu ziehen, um die Klebeflächen voneinander zu lösen, noch klebt es beim Umbau an Stellen, wo es nicht sollte (Jacken, Handschuhe, etc.). Zu Beginn hat sich das Fell öfters gelöst, da ich es beim Aufziehen mittels Darüberstreichen befestigen wollte, es dann aber nicht richtig haftete und beim Aufstieg Stück um Stück Schnee darunter zog. Mittlerweile habe ich gemerkt, dass das Fell am besten hält, wenn ich es auf den Belag lege und anschliessend durchgängig senkrecht (also ohne Scherdruck) anpresse.
Bei der ersten Tour nach der Sommerpause schien das Fell nicht mehr so gut zu haften. Nach einem Handwaschgang in lauwarmen Seifenwasser klebt es aber wieder wie neu.
Peaux de qualité........mais montage difficile
Peaux super pour la pratique, seulement l'attache au tail est compliquée à installer et il n'y a pas beaucoup d'explications. Par contre l'attache au nose avec le scratch est une bonne idée pour gérer plusieurs ajustements
